Meditation Mondays Are Back Beginning March 6
Monday 6:00 pm - 7:30m...FREE...with Autumn Warren
Under the guidance of AUTUMN WARREN, each class will give you the opportunity to learn a different type of meditation, practice that meditation, and cover the basic neuroscience, physical, mental and even spiritual benefits of meditation. We will also briefly study the chakra system, one chakra per week, and be led on a guided, healing meditation for that energy center.
